Our Experience

YUNI Environmental  designs project stakeholder engagement strategies and implements project consultations with community leaders, local organizations, First Nations and NGOs to identify potential project concerns and problems.

We facilitate and organize workshops, town halls, community meetings, drop-ins and open houses as part of the stakeholder process.

We believe that true engagement can only be achieved by listening to those who have a stake or interest in a project - listening, responding and incorporating concerns and solutions can only improve a project.

What We Do

  • Complete a project needs assessment to determine existing public and agency perceptions on project benefits and social costs.

  • Coordinate individual and personalized meetings with interested stakeholders to fully understand their concerns.

  • Produce public information packages, including: social media, project websites, media releases and brochures.

  • Design and produce databases for documenting public engagement and consultations.
